History

A SPARKLING AMBITION!

The collection La Griff’ is the story of a brother and a sister for whom being winegrowers was obvious.

Their challenge:

To preserve a strong family history while bringing their touch!

A FAMILY STORY

We come from a long line of winemakers that began in 1740.

Pride to be the 11th generation, we obviously decided to join our father Denis to perpetuate the family history.

We represent this new generation of winegrowers, rich in know-how and who wishes to build the champagnes of tomorrow.

We work every day with respect for our history and our ancestors.

We wish to be able to extend this history by bringing to it the open-mindedness acquired by our various courses and trips.

A COMPLEMENTARY TEAM

Our different profiles allow a perfect complementarity.

Noémie:

“I am in love with nature, but also rigorous and independent. It was therefore very natural that I turned to work in the vineyard ”.

Benjamin:

“My desire to always go further, my good humor and my touch of madness pushed me to take charge of the commercial development and communication of the operation”.

It is from this desire to bring our contemporary and creative touch that the La Griff’ collection was born! All this under the experienced eye of our father … the succession is assured!

THE “LA GRIFF'” SPIRIT

The La Griff’ collection is a tribute to our native land and complements the existing range of Maison Serge Rafflin. We wish to continue the family tradition by bringing our “touch” to it.

This desire explains the logo, which not only evokes the two “F’s” of the “Rafflin” family name symbolized by two vine structures and their binding thread, but also the personal touch brought by the grandchildren by these signature cuvées.

Beyond the three traditional grape varieties, these champagnes contain part of the Montagne de Reims terroir as well as the soul of the various ancestors who made this new adventure possible.

We want to showcase Champagne in a new light, challenge ourselves to produce ever more qualitative wines.

With La Griff’, we want to go further by adapting to consumption patterns while remaining qualitative.
