First exuberant nose on a very concentrated aromatic then discreet on aniseed notes. Scent of greedy black fruits.
Gourmet and crunchy mousse. Well-marked aromas of blackberry and blackcurrant, underlined by a lovely, very moderate and creamy acidity. Beautiful acid-bitter play with a clean finish.
100% Pinot Noir from old vines
Can be stored for 2 years, protected from light.
Serve at 7-8°C.
