Chalky soil.
Cordon & Chablis size.
Manual harvest.

Elaboration

Coquard press 4000kg.
Complete malolactic fermentation.
Vinification in thermoregulated stainless steel vats.
Manual stirring on console.

Aging in oak barrels then 8 years on lees in the cellar.

Sugars: 1.5 g/L
Alcohol: 12.6% vol.

Tasting

Clear, brilliant, yellow gold color with golden reflections.

Expressive nose with aromas of honey and dried fruits.

Fleshy, full and round mouth with aromas of white fruits.
Beautiful longevity supported by a well-blended woodiness. Rich and delicious wine.

Assembly

85% Chardonnay aged 12 months in barrels
15% Pinot Noir aged 12 months in barrels

Advice

Can be stored for 1 year, protected from light.
Serve at 7-8°C.
